Your Private Villa

Moon Hill is a unique oasis of seclusion, escape and serenity that is located on 2.5 acres at the foot of a rainforest, on the eastern side of the island of Nevis. The property is accessed though a private gate and is situated at the top of a hill.

The one storey villa has a 40' covered veranda with an open terrace for sunbathing, enjoying  morning coffee and listening to the many birds and wildlife. From the balcony enjoy the unobstructed and magnificent ocean view with Antigua, Barbuda (on a clear day), Montserrat, and Guadeloupe at a distance. From the rear you'll be captivated by the spectacular views of Mt. Nevis - a mountain which rises to over 3,000 feet, covered in a lush tropical rainforest.

Enjoy the salt water pool with views of Mt. Nevis followed by a fresh and tasty lunch by your own cook in the covered gazebo.

The villa is managed by Tessie who has been with us for almost 20 years and is like family.  Tessie is also an amazing cook and we have extended her culinary skills to any guests who stay at Moon Hill.  She is available as your cook throughout your stay to prepare your lunch and dinners daily (included in the price from Monday to Friday).  We are the only villa on Nevis that provides its own chef!  While you can always choose to eat out at any of the world class restaurants around the island at any time, Tessie will prepare Caribbean style cooking and can also personalize any meals  to your liking.  The villa is cleaned daily and if you have any laundry, it will be cleaned for you.

Pristine Beaches

A beach for all seasons.  There are many kinds of beaches on the island, all within a very quick drive from each other and the villa.

Whether you are looking for gentle waves on a beach that you can walk along for an hour or bigger waves for body surfing there is something for every taste and, in most cases, you will be the only one there.

In fact, there is a beach ten minutes from the house (you can see it from the balcony) where if you go very early in the morning you can meet the fishermen and buy fresh fish they caught that day.

Getting to Nevis

While there are many different ways of traveling to Nevis, here are some of the most common ones:

From the U.S.

Through Miami or Puerto Rico fly American Airlines to St Kitts.   Then take a 15 minute water taxi to Nevis.

Through New York - American Airlines / Jet Blue to either St. Kitts or St. Martin.  From St. Martin you would take Winair to Nevis.

From Canada

Toronto - Air Canada flies direct to St. Kitts on Saturday from Nov 5 to April 15.  You would then take a 15 minute water taxi ride to Nevis (we will arrange this for you).

WestJet or Charter direct flights (Air Transat) will fly to St. Martin and then take Winair to Nevis (25 minute flight).

American Airlines flies from Toronto through Miami to St. Kitts.

From Europe

London, UK.  You will fly British Airways to  Antigua and then stay on the plane as they board passengers for the return flight that stops in St. Kitts.  From there you take a water taxi to Nevis.

If you need assistance or advice with any of these arrangements, we will be happy to help you.
